Calgary to Fishers

As it turns out, Americans are seemingly alone in their pursuit of cold beverages. Canadians are also anti-ice in water. I heard multiple people are for plain, HOT water up there. WHAT?! There is nothing on this earth like a glass of ice water. They're missing out and it is my mission to ask for ice everywhere I go until it becomes normal! ;)
"Jacsin" wanted ice in his tea AND water, what a weirdo ;)
We had an easy flight down to Minneapolis. We got out of town just before storms hit and closed the airport for the day. Whew! We made it back to Indy with enough time to head to Kokomo to get our little MacKenzie from Uncle Aaron's house.
REUNITED.
She loves staying there and always seems a little sad to leave! I was happy to have her back, though. If only for a few days. We got home and realized our luggage had reached its final days. They were beat up and just nasty. We said goodbye to six years of memories with those guys.
The end of an era
I was home Wednesday morning to work and then I met my friend Megan at Fishers' newest coffee shop. It is just down the street from us and it is really good. I see myself coming here to hang out quite often. I've given up coffee for the most part (trying to quit caffeine), but their cocoa with skim milk was pretty killer.
Delicious cocoa from the new coffee shop in Fishers
