Muddling through Season

Tax season was insane this year. I got more hours at Ball State AND at Bill's so I pretty much did not have a life once we got home from Naples until mid-April. I'm like a squirrel putting away money during the busy times so I can play the rest of the year. Luckily, the weather sucked this year so that always makes being trapped inside working a little less terrible.

Still snowing
I did find time to do one of my favorite things: assemble an Easter basket!

Susan moved back to Indiana for the "summer" in mid-April and nearly froze. She stayed with us for a few days before moving into the fancy apartment complex in downtown Fishers. She is a 3 minute drive from our house now. MacKenzie could not be more pleased.
Grammy is back!!
We weren't upset about the move until she decided to buy a ton of IKEA furniture and have us assist in assembling it. I prefer Easter baskets to furniture! ;)

Much to MacKenzie's dismay, Ella visits regularly. She's starting to mellow in her advanced age (she's almost 1.5 years now) so they play a little better together these days.
