Jackson and MacKenzie at the bottom of the "trail" up to the glacier. (Obviously the word trail is used as loosely as the word garden here!) I think of a trail as mulch or dirt- not boulders the size of my SUV!
This is my "Jackson, I'm not so sure of this" face. :)The lake at the top!
The glacier was really not accessible today as the snow was slick!
A view of neighboring mountains from the top 11,500 feet...
It was a really fun hike. Jackson only fell once. :) He skinned his shin up. :( Poor baby. MacKenzie is officially a mountain dog as she loved this trip! My physical therapist actually recommended this hike to me. I will be having a discussion with him about it tomorrow as my knee is THROBBING. :) Oh well, we had a nice time and there is always my trusty ice pack!

Those pictures are beautiful! It seems unreal that you live near all of that gorgeous scenery! WOW!
And...you two seriously go everywhere! Good thing you take pictures or I wouldn't believe you had time to hike/visit all of the places you do!:)
