Learning to Cook

I've been working on learning to cook with my extra time at home. We ordered organic meat from Butcher Box and it was all excellent. We've tried to keep our diets pretty clean and loosely follow the Whole30's guidelines.
Butcher Box
This was some of the best meat we've ever had! It was a little pricey due to its organic, grass-fed nature, but it was quite good.
Nutpods
I'm trying to use these Whole30 approved nutpods in my coffee instead of creamer. That is an adjustment. A huge adjustment.
Berries, Brussels and an egg scramble
Jackson taught me how to make eggs and I've gotten quite good at making roasted brussel sprouts, too.
Crockpot pork, peppers and brussels
I also got very brave and made a pork butt in the crockpot. It was awesome.
The BEST pita, hummus, chicken, spinach and tomato sandwich
Jackson is super creative with whatever in the fridge. I'm trying to learn from him. He's more talented.
Eggs and brussels!
A whole chicken!!!
I MADE THIS MYSELF!!!! A WHOLE CHICKEN!!!!

Now taking reservations for dinner! ;)
