Florida livin'

We've settled in here as easily as we expected. We spend a lot of time at the pool and a lot of time at the beach. Jackson goes to the beach nearly every day as he works at a coffee shop and then will go there for a walk. I go some evenings after work and on the weekends, too.

We've tried a few new restaurants and explored some new areas of town, but we have mostly kept things pretty quiet. MacKenzie and I are adjusting to melting each time we step outside. We're working on some additional trips for to escape the summer heat. We're learning that living in Florida means switching up our travel schedule from being winter travelers to being summer travelers. We'll get the hang of it eventually, I'm sure.
