Jocelin turns 5!

Somehow the little lady who stole our hearts from the moment she was born has turned FIVE already. I cannot believe it! Jocelin is just so full of spunk and personality. She gives Heidi such a run for her money and we love every second of it. Jocelin knows what she wants and knows how to get it. I admire that about her, of course!
