Christmas in Naples- 2017

We woke up pretty early for a holiday to have breakfast dish (YUM!) and open presents here in Naples. It was about 73 degrees so we had the windows open. It was lovely.

Turns out it was just under the tree the whole time!

She already bought a replacement present, too. What a mess! We spent the morning catching up on laundry and FaceTiming with our various family members back in Indiana.

Finally it was time to hit the beach. We spent a few hours soaking in the rays and walking along the water. It was lovely. Then, my favorite, we got to take a Christmas nap!!!

I found a beef tenderloin recipe on a blog I follow and it turned out great!

We enjoyed our dinner then went to a local neighborhood that really does it up for Christmas. We spent about an hour driving around and looking at all of the light displays before returning for the night. We had a great Christmas and hope you did, too!
