Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

In my college speech class I had to read a book to class. I chose to read, "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" because it is one of my all time favorites. Today, I am Alexander. I firmly believe in respect for those who lead our country so this will be the only time that I express how I really feel. After this, I promise to myself to respect our leader. I hate what America has chosen for her future. End of rant. I will now sulk into a chocolate chip cookie. Perhaps I'll even move to Australia! (That only makes sense if you have read the book.)
I started my new job today. I'll post about that later. I am busy sulking.

Hey... you sound like me four years ago! ;) I didn't die then, and you won't die now. It will be okay. The people have decided as they must do every four years.

I feel very much the same way you do. Australia!!!! I have always wanted to go there and I could always come and visit. Only time will tell if the American people have spoken correctly but I am afraid. Enough said!!!!
Love to all of you.

We should be proud that so many felt that their vote counted and wanted their voice heard. So many young voters and hopefully they will stay connected and stay involved. Thus leave a better place for our children. The road has been choosen and now we must see through hard work if the view is better on the other side. I believe that it will be. I however will say for team Elelphant. John McCain showed last night in his speech that he is a true American and a good man. If he had shown that side more during the election, it might have been a different race. I would be pleased to be in a room with him. Palin, time to go back to Alaska. Your 15 mins are up.
