Super Sweet

Jackson's external counterparts are in Denver this week for some meetings. He has one from Tennessee, Kevin, and one from Georgia, Brian. He prefers Kevin to Brian 10 to 1. Anyway, Brian's mother has been ill and collapsed today. (I thought she died, but I guess she was just rushed to ICU.) She lives in Washington, D.C. so Brian left Denver and headed to our nation's capital (by the way capital for city is with an "a" and capitol with an "o" is for a building. I had to look it up to jog my memory so I thought I'd share.) except he didn't have a car here in Denver. So my sweet, generous husband left work and got him to the airport in a record 24 minutes so he'd catch his last minute flight. (Brian did give him $25 worth of gas. Woot! I love free gas!) THEN to make himself even sweeter, Jackson called me at work to see if I'd like him to swing by McAlister's (home of the best sweet tea ever brewed and the restaurant only has 1 location in Denver and it is way out by the airport so we do not get to eat there often) and get me a sweet tea. It was just what I needed (crazy day at work) and I fell even more in love with him.

That Jackson is sweet as tea. ;)
