I got a job! YAY!!! :) It is the job in downtown Denver with the CPA firm. They have an accountant who is leaving to have a baby. I will be working part-time to get started and then full-time until October 15th. If things go well I will be kept on staff to help them through tax season starting in January. That would be great! :) This gives us enough income to take some pressure off of Jackson. He can search for a job he'd really enjoy instead of a mad scramble. Yippee!

In other fun news, MacKenzie got to go car shopping for the first time today. I have had the itch to trade in my CX-7 for a little ragtop Jeep Wrangler. We saw some at a dealership as we were driving home from MacKenzie's grooming appointment so we stopped in. The car dealer invited MacKenzie in out of the heat and she gladly accepted. She's too funny. What a spoiled puppy! (I am not trading because those dealers are out of their minds to ask for that much money for a ragtop Jeep!)
