Kathi and Grace came to town this evening as Kathi is running in the Geist mini-marathon tomorrow (run well!). Grace will be 11 on the 25th so we celebrated early with a giant cookie from Paradise Bakery. It was really yummy! :)
Susie, ever the prankster, got relightable candles. Grace needed a lot of help blowing them out.
It was my first time experiencing such candles- they were crazy! We had to get a glass of water to put them out. Grace offered to pour water on the cookie. We declined. ;)
We had a great time seeing the girls from down south. We hope you both have a wonderful time on your upcoming Hawaiian vacation- what a birthday present indeed! :)
