We've been KILLING our workouts recently (I've lost 22 inches total since I started working with my personal trainer- woo hoo!) and we've changed our diets quite a bit. I met with a nutritionist at school and have increased my calcium intake per her advice. Vanilla almond milk with ice in it tastes like a vanilla milkshake and I LOVE it.
I took this photo at work the other day and sent it to Jackson with a note saying, "excuse me, miss, are you dieting?" HA. It has been really difficult, but worth it. Jackson can now run a 5k in under 32 minutes and I'm approaching week 3 of 9 on my Couch-to-5k workout. I hope to run a 5k in about 35 minutes by the end of the summer.
