GOLF Tourney

Jackson's new manager's boss sat next to Jackson's old boss at a seminar last week. (Try to follow that little diagram- whew!) Pete (Jackson's old boss) talked about how great Jackson was for the whole day. Bless his soul. This left the lady (her name escapes me) excited to meet Jackson. She did the other day and was quite impressed. He is going to have the Manhattan territory for work now. Woo hoo! (The earning potential in such a territory should be awesome- woot!) He'll get to travel in the city some and all kinds of other fun things. He has training in Chicago, Atlanta and Toronto for the next few weeks. I think it sounds fun. He isn't all that pleased with the training schedule, but such is life.

Anyway, all of this to say that his new job seems to be going really well. He got- wait for it- VIP TICKETS to the final round of the Deutsche Bank Championship. That's right. Mrs. Jenna Petefish will FINALLY get to meet (ok, fine, the chances of my meeting him are slim, but a girl can dream) TIGER WOODS. You all know that Tiger and I have had our ups and downs this year, but I actually cried when I heard that he would be playing. It has always been a dream of mine to see him play in the flesh. I had posters of him in my room when I was little. It is just really awesome. I'm also excited to see Phil Mickleson. Basically, I cannot wait. I'm going to be like a little kid at Christmas. One bummer: no cameras allowed. Seriously! I was beside myself. Would my photo of Tiger smiling next to a beaming Jenna not have been the profile photo of the century? Ugh. I decided that since the tickets are free then I can afford to pay one of the professional sports photographers to shoot my photo with Tiger. (I seriously came up with that idea last night as I was trying to go to sleep. Brilliant, no?!)

I intend to wear a golf shirt, skirt and cute flip flops. I also hope that I can sleep between now and then. I'm THAT excited! :) Thank you, Jackson (and John Hancock) for making one of my dreams come true.

Sounds like a great time. Hope you get to see everyone. Just remember the golf etiquette and don't shout.
